Sound Healing Facilitator
Lucy Ennis
Lucy Ennis has always had a passion for self improvement of herself and others, and has studied her honours in Psychology/Psychophysiology as well as completed her Yoga teacher training (200hrs).
After experiencing first hand the profound effects of sound healing, Lucy went on to study a diploma in Sound Healing with both the Sound Healing Academy (Cornwall, UK) and Sonorium Wellness Training with Svaram in Auroville, India.
With an ever-growing passion for sound and its beneficial effects, Lucy set up her business Sound Circle which facilitates group and private sound journey’s using healing instruments such as Crystal and Tibetan sound bowls, chimes, drums, glassophone, monolina (harp), gongs and other percussion instruments.
Participants journey inwards and experience a deep sense of relaxation and rebalancing and the profound benefits are evident every session, through the beautiful feedback received from attendees.
Lucy has recently set up a Wellness space at Elwood primary school, and is facilitating after school sound healing programs for children, to counteract the overstimulation and anxiety that kids are facing in today’s society. The sessions focus on breathing, mindfulness, visualisation and sound healing, and have shown incredible benefits, from calming of the nervous system, improved focus, improved mood and improved sleep to name a few.
She has a passion for broadening the exposure of sound to more people, and is looking to set up her own sound space in the not to distant future to accomodate large groups as well as a one on one sound space (Sonorium)
The Sound Circle sessions on offer in Melbourne are listed in the “Sound Circle Sessions” tab and bookings can be made through “Book a Session” button above.
